The location was convenient, being close to the BTS and MRT stations as well as Terminal 21 shopping mall. The room itself was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We had a minor issue with the WiFi, but the staff promptly fixed it. we got much more than we expected and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay, perfect for Christmas getaway. The location was superb, with easy access to transportation and a variety of restaurants. The front desk officers were friendly and spoke good English. The room was spacious and clean, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a great view. The bathroom was modern and well-equipped, with a big shower and plenty of hot water. The room also had a refrigerator and a safe. The staff was helpful and accommodating, fulfilling all our special requests. a great experience.
It may be a struggle with heavier suitcases. The sidewalks outside the hotel were often crowded, making it slightly difficult to walk along the driving lanes.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from Terminal 21 shopping mall and the subway station. It's so convenient to have all those shopping and dining options right at your doorstep. The room was very clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the free wifi was a great bonus. a great place to stay for families with children.
One negative aspect was that the cleaning service was sometimes unreliable, with rooms not being cleaned until late in the afternoon.

The spacious rooms, comfortable bed, and clean bathroom create a relaxing and pleasant ambiance. The massive windows let in plenty of natural light, adding to the serene atmosphere. The location is also a plus, with Terminal 21 and BTS Asok Station just a two-minute walk away. There are numerous massage and beauty parlors nearby, as well as a 24-hour convenience store across the street. The staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

We were impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel, with well-maintained rooms and good showers. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. The location was ideal, with easy access to transportation options such as Asoke BTS and Sukhumvit MTR stations. We were also pleased to find that the hotel was very close to Terminal 21 shopping mall, where we had plenty of dining options to choose from.
